Financial Protection (ATOL)
All flight-inclusive holidays and individual flights booked through us are financially secured via the ATOL scheme (Licence Number 12238). Upon booking, you will be issued an ATOL Certificate. This document outlines exactly what is protected, details your rights, and explains who to contact in the event of any issues.
We, or the suppliers listed on your certificate, are responsible for providing the services purchased (or suitable alternatives). In the unlikely event of our insolvency or that of a supplier, an alternative ATOL holder may provide the services at no additional cost to you. If this is not feasible, you will be credited or refunded via the ATOL scheme. By accepting these terms, you agree that in such scenarios, you will assign your claims against the failed provider to the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust.
Flywatchers operates as a division of Flycations Limited (Company Number 14100185). With over six years of experience, we specialise in seamless travel arrangements for both corporate and leisure clients catering to all budgets.
